The ORAL administration of FENÒLIA® Enteric Coated Capsules 7.5 in association with TOPICAL application with FENÒLIA® Eudermal Cream 15, helps to mitigate and control the symptoms related to phenomena of oxidative stress (i.e.: atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema) maximizing the beneficial effects to the organism granted by the antioxidant action recognized to the Hydroxytyrosol, released at enteric level by this formulation in which, furthermore, is conveyed in Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil.
FENÒLIA® Enteric Coated Capsules 7.5 is a formulation characterized by the presence of Hydroxytyrosol from Olive Extract at a value of 7.5 mg per capsule, conveyed in Extra Virgin Italian Organic Olive Oil, which provides, in turn, all other Polyphenols from strong Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory properties of this food which is recognized to be the mainstay of the Mediterranean diet.
The enteric release formulation, maximizing the absorption values, allows Hydroxytyrosol to ensure the well-recognized inhibitory properties of LDL oxidation, of platelet aggregation, production of pro-inflammatory molecules, arachidonic-lipoxygenase enzyme activity, postprandial absorption of olive oil phenols and its incorporation into lipoproteins, exercising into the body effects favoring the control of plasma triglycerides.
It is also reported in the scientific literature that many inflammatory diseases of the skin and mucous membranes related to phenomena of oxidative stress (i.e.: atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema) may be modulated by the regular intake of Hydroxytyrosol, substance with very high antioxidant properties [ORAC Index (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, or the ability to absorb oxygen radical) equivalent to 40,000 μmolTE / g] which for its widely recognized contrast properties to peroxidation action of free radicals (oxidative stress) may contribute to reduce the signs of skin aging (whitening and anti-wrinkle properties).
